Hiya, we are the Doncaster crew. We work for Doncaster Children’s Services Trust. We are really excited to be delivering the Housing Project as we know what a difference it can make to young people leaving care. You can find out a bit more about us by clicking on our profiles below.
Nicole King
Facilitator
Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes
I have always been passionate about supporting people to achieve their best possible outcomes in life. In 2014 I completed my BA Hons degree in Primary Education and spent 5 years teaching in schools across South Yorkshire. After realising I wanted to work more directly with vulnerable people, last year I began working in residential care settings. I’m excited to start my role within this growing project and provide tailored guidance and education to young care leavers. I’m most looking forward to enabling young people involved with the project to achieve their ambitions and have better prospects for their futures.
